SMS notifications will only be sent out for client users that are configured with a cell phone number and whose client is configured to support SMS. If you are an External Provider user or Multi Client Call Center user, please use the email option only.
If you do not have a User Name, haven't received a password reset link, or are not sure of your registered email address, please reach out to your Administrator or Dispatcher.
